The Little Things

We are very pleased to support The Little Things UK, a non-profit organisation which supports homeless people in London.

The Covid-19 crisis means many people are facing uncertainty, but this is especially true for those in the capital who are currently homeless. Things that many of us take for granted - clothing, hot drinks and meals - can be sources of huge anxiety when outreaches and centres are closing down. These vulnerable men and women don’t always know where their next meal is coming from.

“It's the little things in life we take for granted and it's the little things that can make all the difference - hence the name 'The Little Things'. The Little Things UK’s mission is to help the men and women who are currently homeless in London. We will provide nutritious hot meals and drinks, clothes and other essentials to those most in need. More importantly, we will offer an environment that shows compassion, builds friendships and ensures that people don't feel so alone in such a big city.”

Volunteer cooks for The Little Things create homemade, nutritious meals and distribute these at their weekly homeless outreach at Old Street near the busy Shoreditch area of the city. Paul and Harriet are pleased to support The Little Things' cooks by offering them access to the same high quality fresh produce they deliver to customers. The cooks can choose anything they need and have this delivered free of charge.
